So disappointed in myself...
Just went to the gym for the first time in two weeks, and wouldn’t you know it, I am back over 90kg. I am disappointed in myself for letting myself go back over, and for not pushing myself to go to the gym at all in the last two weeks. I was so happy to be under 90kg for the first time in 2 years, and now I have just let myself down. Fuck.

I honestly don't think any of my friends know or...
I have such a big fucking heart, and try my best to be the best friend I can be. I am always there for my friends, through anything they are going through. I am always around to listen, to try and make people happy and ensure that they know this. But I just feel as though I let them down sometimes and it makes me feel terrible. When all I want to do is put a smile on their faces.
